You are entering the threshold of a private member space created for those who desire to remember sovereignty from within, restore right relationship with the living body, and participate in private education, spiritual inquiry, nourishment, embodiment, energy, and living-systems transformation.

Food Alkhemix Private Membership Association, hereinafter “Food Alkhemix” is a private membership association and auxiliary of Temple of Conscious Living, a Private Ministerial Faith-Based Association. Food Alkhemix exists for the benefit of its Members and is not open to the general public in its private member offerings, teachings, circles, resources, sessions, community spaces, or internal exchanges.

By requesting membership, I acknowledge that I am entering this private relationship knowingly, willingly, intentionally, and by my own free will. I understand that this Agreement governs my participation in Food Alkhemix, including but not limited to private teachings, resources, sessions, circles, workshops, books or PDFs offered inside the portal, community spaces, member communications, AIM-related access within Food Alkhemix, and all other present or future Food Alkhemix member offerings. I understand that AIM: Aligned Inner Mastery may also require its own additional agreement before participation.

1. Member Request and Acceptance

I hereby submit my request for acceptance as a Member of Food Alkhemix.

I understand that membership begins only upon acceptance of my request by Food Alkhemix, Temple of Conscious Living, or their authorized steward, manager, trustee, founder, or representative.

I agree that by joining Food Alkhemix, accessing its private portal, participating in any member offering, entering a private session, joining a circle, receiving private materials, or participating in any affiliated website, community, platform, or private group, I have read, comprehended, accepted, and entered into this Agreement.

I acknowledge that I enter this private association in my private capacity, as an act of conscience, free will, and voluntary agreement.

2. Private Ministerial and Auxiliary Nature

Temple of Conscious Living is a Private Ministerial Faith-Based Association devoted to conscious living, spiritual remembrance, inner authority, sacred education, private assembly, and the restoration of right relationship with God, the living body, the Earth, and one another.

Food Alkhemix is an auxiliary of Temple of Conscious Living. It functions as a private educational, spiritual, and living-systems pathway within the broader ministerial mission of Temple of Conscious Living.

Food Alkhemix supports Members through private education and experience related to nourishment, food wisdom, body intelligence, gut health education, fasting and detox education, energy, sound, ritual, spiritual self-inquiry, inner authority, consent, discernment, sovereignty, living-systems awareness, private community, and seven-generation responsibility.

Food Alkhemix is not a public commercial enterprise in its private member offerings. It exists by private agreement among its Members and is governed by the purposes, terms, and intent stated herein.

3. Purpose and Mission

The mission of Food Alkhemix is to provide Members with a private forum for education, self-inquiry, spiritual exploration, nourishment, embodied practice, and conscious participation in the restoration of sovereignty from within.

Food Alkhemix PMA intends to support Members in remembering the intelligence of the living body, the sacred nature of nourishment, the responsibility of consent, the practice of inner authority, and the expression of self-governance in alignment with Creator, natural law, spiritual conscience, and right relationship.

Food Alkhemix PMA may provide private pathways, teachings, discussions, resources, sessions, writings, recordings, circles, community gatherings, member materials, and other beneficial experiences for Members, now and as they become available.

4. Member Responsibility 

As a Member, I take full responsibility for my participation, interpretation, experience, choices, actions, outcomes, and results.

I understand that all teachings, sessions, discussions, resources, practices, circles, member exchanges, and pathways are provided for private education, spiritual self-inquiry, nourishment, embodiment, and personal discernment. I understand that I am responsible for deciding what is appropriate for my own body, life, family, health, spiritual path, private affairs, and participation.

I agree to hold Food Alkhemix PMA, Temple of Conscious Living, their founders, trustees, stewards, managers, ministers, facilitators, contributors, speakers, affiliates, and fellow Members harmless from claims arising from my own use, interpretation, application, participation, decisions, or results.

I acknowledge that I enter this Agreement with adequate opportunity to read, question, discern, and determine whether membership is aligned with my own conscience and intent.

5. No Public Advice or Licensed Professional Relationship

Food Alkhemix does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

All information, teachings, sessions, circles, writings, recordings, resources, member conversations, and pathways are offered as private educational opinion, spiritual perspective, intuitive reflection, ministerial support, lived experience, or living-systems inquiry for Members only.

Nothing within Food Alkhemix is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe, prevent, manage, or replace professional care for any condition, disease, legal matter, financial matter, psychological matter, or personal circumstance.

I understand that I am responsible for discerning whether to consult any professional, private advisor, practitioner, counselor, attorney, physician, accountant, or other support as I deem appropriate.

6. Pathways, Benefits, and Member Offerings

Acceptance as a Member may allow access to certain Food Alkhemix pathways, benefits, gifts, resources, teachings, or member offerings as they are made available.

I understand that general membership does not automatically entitle me to every experience, course, session, circle, workshop, event, community, private resource, book, PDF, or offering. Each offering may have its own requirements, contribution, schedule, enrollment, acceptance process, or additional agreement.

Food Alkhemix member experiences may include, but are not limited to:

Food wisdom and nourishment education;
conscious cooking;
plant-based, gluten-free, grain-free, and life-force recipe education;
gut health, fasting, and detox education;
body intelligence and embodied self-trust;
energy healing, sound, ritual, and spiritual practice;
Akashic, intuitive, and spiritual self-inquiry sessions;
private circles, workshops, ceremonies, and gatherings;
books, PDFs, recordings, study guides, and private educational materials offered inside the portal;
AIM: Aligned Inner Mastery, subject to its own additional agreement;
private community spaces and member communications;
living-systems, sovereignty, consent, discernment, and seven-generation education.

Food Alkhemix PMA may add, revise, remove, pause, or discontinue any pathway or offering at its sole discretion in alignment with its mission and stewardship responsibilities.

7. Member Offerings, Contributions, Honorariums, and Equitable Exchange

Food Alkhemix is supported by Member offerings.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Member offerings” may include honorariums, contributions, donations, dues, gifts, private exchanges, equitable exchange, or any other amount tendered by a Member for the beneficial enjoyment of existing or future experiences, development of additional member experiences and offerings, support of Food Alkhemix PMA, and furtherance of the mission of Temple of Conscious Living.

Member offerings are gratefully accepted to support the stewardship, creation, maintenance, development, and continuation of Food Alkhemix and its private pathways, resources, teachings, sessions, gatherings, circles, community spaces, and member experiences.

 I understand that Food Alkhemix may establish, revise, or update Member offering amounts for pathways, memberships, resources, events, sessions, circles, private materials, or other forms of participation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Member offerings are made within the private member relationship and are not public commercial purchases.

8. Access, Billing, Cancellation, and Return of Funds

I agree to contact Food Alkhemix directly regarding any billing, contribution, access, account, session, pathway, or membership concern before initiating any outside payment dispute.

 I understand that once I have accessed a private course space, downloadable material, digital resource, member library, recording, session, event, circle, community area, or other private member offering, amounts already offered, contributed, donated, exchanged, or tendered are not returned unless Food Alkhemix expressly states otherwise in writing.

I understand that certain experiences require advance preparation, energetic space-holding, scheduling, portal access, or private resource access. Once such access or reservation has been granted, I agree that the Member offering may be final.

If I cancel my membership or withdraw from an experience, I understand that private portal access, member resources, recordings, community spaces, sessions, teachings, and pathway access may end according to the applicable terms of that offering. Food Alkhemix does not prorate unused time unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Private Use

Food Alkhemix is a private association. Privacy is essential to the integrity and protection of its Members, teachings, resources, sessions, circles, pathways, and member spaces.

I agree not to copy, record, screenshot, transcribe, publish, reproduce, upload, distribute, summarize, teach, sell, disclose, forward, or otherwise share any private member materials, sessions, recordings, writings, documents, community discussions, circle content, member posts, private communications, or internal resources without express written permission from Food Alkhemix.

I agree to respect the privacy of all Members. I will not disclose another Member’s name, image, voice, writing, question, experience, story, testimony, private communication, or participation without that Member’s express consent.

I understand that violation of privacy or confidentiality may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and loss of access to private materials, without return of Member offerings.

10. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials

All Food Alkhemix teachings, writings, recordings, videos, audios, PDFs, guides, recipes, frameworks, rituals, practices, course materials, community content, private resources, and member materials are private, proprietary, and protected.

Such materials may be owned, stewarded, or controlled by Food Alkhemix, Temple of Conscious Living, Vanita K. Gupta, Sacred Earth Sovereign Press, or the respective creator or contributor.

Member access is granted solely for personal, private, educational, spiritual, and self-inquiry use within the terms of this Agreement.

I may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, resell, train from, upload, scrape, extract, imitate, copy, or create public or commercial derivative works from private Food Alkhemix materials without express written permission.

11. Public Works and Private Member Materials

I understand that some Food Alkhemix works may exist publicly, including public books, podcast episodes, public interviews, public writings, or general educational resources.

I understand that public works do not automatically create Food Alkhemix membership.

I also understand that Food Alkhemix maintains a separate private member space for deeper teachings, sessions, AIM, circles, resources, private materials, community participation, and member exchanges.

Private member materials and pathways are not public offerings and may not be treated as public content, public commerce, public advice, or public education.

12. Real Name Requirement

Food Alkhemix does not accept membership requests under false names, pseudonyms, nicknames, aliases, initials only, symbols, vulgar names, deceptive names, or secret identities.

I agree to provide my true first name and full last name when requesting membership, enrolling in pathways, entering private member spaces, or participating in Food Alkhemix.

Food Alkhemix reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate membership if a Member provides false, misleading, incomplete, vulgar, symbolic, or deceptive identity information.

13. Member Conduct and Good Standing

I agree to participate in Food Alkhemix with honor, respect, privacy, self-responsibility, and care for the Association and its Members.

I agree not to engage in abusive, violent, harassing, threatening, coercive, deceptive, predatory, defamatory, disruptive, dishonorable, or destructive behavior toward Food Alkhemix, Temple of Conscious Living, their stewards, facilitators, contributors, guests, or Members.

I agree not to enter Food Alkhemix for purposes of surveillance, investigation, entrapment, enforcement, content extraction, interference, disruption, public exposure, or hostile action.

A Member in good standing is a Member who remains in accord with the purposes, privacy, conduct expectations, and terms of this Agreement and who has not been removed or suspended for dishonor, disorder, harm, breach of privacy, or conduct contrary to the Association.

Food Alkhemix reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate membership or pathway access if a Member acts contrary to the mission, privacy, safety, coherence, or integrity of the Association.

14. Private Capacity

I affirm that I enter Food Alkhemix in my private capacity, by my own free will, without coercion, and not as an agent, officer, employee, investigator, representative, or enforcer for any outside agency, office, corporation, organization, platform, public entity, regulatory body, or investigative authority and that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency.

I affirm that I do not enter Food Alkhemix for the purpose of regulation, enforcement, investigation, entrapment, surveillance, evidence-gathering, content extraction, or interference with private association.

I understand that Food Alkhemix is a private contractual and associational matter among Members who choose to operate in privacy and conscience.

15. Member Autonomy, Health Freedom, and Spiritual Conscience

I affirm the freedom and responsibility of each Member to decide for themselves the value, wisdom, and application of any counsel, teaching, session, pathway, experience, resource, discussion, or assistance received within Food Alkhemix.

I affirm the freedom and responsibility of each Member to choose how they care for their own body, food, health, spiritual path, private affairs, education, family, energy, and life.

I understand that Food Alkhemix supports sovereignty from within, but does not make decisions for me, does not compel action, and does not assume responsibility for my choices.

I agree that sovereignty includes discernment, consent, self-responsibility, and conscious participation.

16. Faith-Based and Associational Rights

Food Alkhemix, as an auxiliary of Temple of Conscious Living, exists in accord with the rights of private assembly, free association, private contract, religious and spiritual exercise, speech, conscience, privacy, and the right of Members to gather privately for lawful, educational, spiritual, and ministerial purposes.

Guided by the sacred principle to do no harm, and aligned with the rights granted by Creator and acknowledged through the Law of Nature, spiritual conscience, private contract, the right of assembly, freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of spiritual exercise, and the protections articulated in foundational declarations of rights, Food Alkhemix provides a private space for Members to explore, study, practice, and exchange in a manner consistent with the mission of Temple of Conscious Living.

17. Court of Competent Jurisdiction and Internal Resolution

For purposes of this Agreement, “Court of Competent Jurisdiction” means internal arbitration, private association process, the law of equity, common law, and any lawful tribunal, council, steward, or forum recognized by Food Alkhemix PMA and/or Temple of Conscious Living as competent to hear a private association matter, without presumption of public statutory franchise or public commercial jurisdiction over internal Association affairs.

I agree that any complaint, disagreement, concern, billing matter, access issue, dispute, or grievance arising within or related to Food Alkhemix shall first be brought directly to Food Alkhemix for internal resolution.

I agree that internal matters of Food Alkhemix shall be handled privately and not taken to outside agencies, public enforcement bodies, social media campaigns, public forums, or non-member parties before the Association has had the opportunity to address and resolve the matter internally.

If direct resolution is not sufficient, I agree that the matter shall be settled through internal arbitration or a private Association process designated by Food Alkhemix or Temple of Conscious Living.

I agree to waive external legal action, public complaint, or outside adjudication to the fullest extent permitted by the terms of this private Agreement, except where a Member is exposed to clear and present danger of substantial harm and internal arbitration has first been pursued or is impossible due to immediate danger.

18. Change and Evolution of Policies

I understand that Food Alkhemix is a living association and may evolve its policies, pathways, offerings, privacy terms, contribution amounts, access terms, agreements, community guidelines, and member requirements from time to time.

Food Alkhemix reserves the right to update this Agreement or related policies as needed in alignment with the mission and stewardship of the Association.

Continued participation after updates are made available constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Withdrawal or Termination

I understand that I may withdraw from Food Alkhemix at any time by following the withdrawal or cancellation process made available by the Association.

I understand that Food Alkhemix PMA may revoke, suspend, restrict, or terminate my membership or pathway access if I violate this Agreement, breach privacy, misuse materials, fail to complete required Member offerings, engage in dishonorable conduct, disrupt the member space, or act contrary to the purposes, privacy, safety, or coherence of Food Alkhemix PMA or Temple of Conscious Living.

Upon termination, access to private materials, recordings, sessions, community areas, circles, teachings, and member resources may end immediately.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any additional pathway-specific agreements, AIM agreement, privacy policy, community guidelines, member offering terms, or written terms provided at the time of enrollment or participation, represents the agreement governing my membership and participation in Food Alkhemix.

This Agreement shall be read, interpreted, and applied according to its stated purpose, intent, private nature, and express terms.

 No single word, phrase, section, or provision shall be used to defeat, collapse, or convert the private nature of this Agreement or the private associational standing of Food Alkhemix.

If any question, concern, ambiguity, or conflict arises regarding the meaning, application, or administration of this Agreement, the matter shall first be resolved internally by Food Alkhemix and/or Temple of Conscious Living in alignment with the mission, privacy, conscience, and private member nature of the Association.

The intent of this Agreement is to preserve private membership, private association, spiritual conscience, member responsibility, privacy, and the lawful right of members to assemble and associate by voluntary private agreement.

21. Digital Consent and Signature

NOTICE: By checking the consent box, submitting my membership request, creating a member account, entering the private portal, enrolling in a pathway, accessing member materials, or participating in Food Alkhemix, I am digitally confirming my consent to this Agreement. My digital confirmation carries the same intent as my handwritten autograph or signature.

 If I do not agree to this Agreement, I understand that I should not check the consent box, submit a membership request, enter the portal, access private materials, enroll in pathways, or participate in Food Alkhemix.

22. Member Affirmation

By joining Food Alkhemix PMA, I affirm the following:

I have read this Agreement.

I understand and accept the private nature of Food Alkhemix.

I understand that Food Alkhemix is an auxiliary of Temple of Conscious Living, a Private Ministerial Faith-Based Association.

I enter knowingly, willingly, intentionally, and by my own free will.

I accept full responsibility for my choices, participation, interpretation, application, and results.

I understand that Food Alkhemix does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

I agree to honor the privacy and confidentiality of the Association and its Members.

I agree not to copy, record, publish, distribute, teach, sell, disclose, or share private member materials without permission.

I agree to participate with honor, respect, discernment, and self-responsibility.

I understand that certain pathways, offerings, sessions, resources, or communities may require additional enrollment, acceptance, Member offerings, or agreements.

I understand that AIM: Aligned Inner Mastery may require its own additional agreement.

I understand that Member offerings may be final once access, materials, sessions, reservations, or pathway spaces have been provided.

I agree to bring questions, concerns, disputes, or grievances directly to Food Alkhemix for internal resolution first.

I affirm that I am not entering as an agent of investigation, enforcement, regulation, surveillance, disruption, or entrapment.

I enter in peace, privacy, conscience, and alignment with the purposes of Food Alkhemix

23. Footer Notice

Food Alkhemix Private Membership Association is a private, members-only association and auxiliary of Temple of Conscious Living, a Private Ministerial Faith-Based Association.

All private teachings, sessions, circles, recordings, writings, practices, resources, member communications, and materials are provided for private education, spiritual inquiry, nourishment, embodiment, self-governance, and personal discernment. 

Nothing offered within Food Alkhemix is medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

All private materials are intended solely for accepted Members of Food Alkhemix. Unauthorized copying, recording, extraction, publication, distribution, reproduction, or use of private member materials is prohibited without express written permission.

Food Alkhemix and Temple of Conscious Living reserve all rights to protect the privacy of Members, the integrity of private teachings, the confidentiality of member spaces, and the terms of this Agreement.
